John McCain and Barack Obama Speak At the Alfred E. Smith Dinner Tonight

This is 25 minutes well spent. John McCain is hilarious; I just wish he wasn't running for President, because while his jokes and delivery are funny, the laughter goes away when you think about what so many people are going through right now. And then you laugh again. What else are we supposed to do?

Barack Obama is funny, but his forte, which he has had to get comfortable with over the years, is delivering the heartfelt wishes of the huddled masses. It's funny, but I think you'll agree with me that Barack Obama plays several musical instruments very well, metaphorically speaking. It's altogether a brilliant moment. All of it. Including McCain, because the guy actually looks far more comfortable than I have ever seen him. And he's in the same room with Barack Obama. Yasher Koach and Kol HaKavod to them both.
